About Me
My name is Kristen and I am the owner of KrisFyt Fitness and Nutrition. I am a Personal Trainer, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, a Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, and an Indoor Cycle Instructor.
I am also a busy mom of three children (ages 10, 8, and 7) and have lived in Hopkinton since 2015 with my husband, Bryan. ​

Previously, I graduated from Bentley University in 2004, followed by a position in corporate marketing. Then I realized my passion for health and wellness and decided to pursue these dreams.
