HIIT Bootcamp

This High-Intensity Interval bootcamp class will strengthen your muscles and get your heart rate pumping, while moving through various class formats, such as circuit training, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabata. With the support of Coach Kris and the KrisFyt community, you'll leave feeling strong and confident! Designed for all fitness levels! Bring a mat, a set of dumbbells, water, and a great attitude! Cancellation 12 hours before a class results in no class fee. After 12 hours, a $10 fee will be assessed. I understand that some things are out of our control but due to planning and preparation to set up bootcamps based on registration numbers, please respect the cancellation policy.
