Designed for those who want to build strength while boosting endurance, this class combines heavy lifting with heart-pumping cardio for the ultimate full-body workout. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 12 hours before session start time results in no fee. After 12 hours, a $10 fee will be assessed. I understand that some things are out of our control but due to the planning and preparation to set up based on registration numbers, I have changed the cancellation policy.
