Service Description

Join Kris for a Strength Circuit Training session. These strength-focused workouts are designed to help you build lean muscle mass and improve endurance. With a focus on functional movements and a variety of equipment, circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels. These sessions are maxed at 10 clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 12 hours before session start time results in no fee. After 12 hours, a $10 fee will be assessed. I understand that some things are out of our control but due to the planning and preparation to set up based on registration numbers, I have changed the cancellation policy.
