Join Kris for a Strength Circuit Training session. These strength-focused workouts are designed to help you build lean muscle mass and improve endurance. With a focus on functional movements and various equipment, circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels. 🔥 What to Expect: ✔️ Heavy compound lifts to develop raw strength and muscle ✔️ Supersets & circuits designed for efficiency and intensity ✔️ Functional exercises that enhance real-world strength and athleticism ✔️ Expert coaching to help you perfect form, lift heavier, and break plateaus ✔️ Modifications for all levels Class size - 10 clients.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 12 hours before session start time results in no fee. After 12 hours, a $10 fee will be assessed. I understand that some things are out of our control but due to the planning and preparation to set up based on registration numbers, I have changed the cancellation policy.
